We think that all weddings are different, a personal day for each couple at SWING LIFESTYLE design. In the SWING LIFESTYLE code of conduct, we will design a package that will make your days truly unique from October 24th to 26th , 2025. at the SWING WEDDING party in SERBIA.

Before creating your custom wedding package, our team will listen to your requirements, preferences and budgets and make recommendations based on that.

We can provide everything from flowers and favors to musical entertainment or add a creative touch if you’re looking for something a little different. All furniture, cutlery, crockery and staff are included in the price of food. Audio and lighting also follow the rhythm of the like-minded SWING LIFESTYLE.

Our team will be with you from your initial inquiry to your last dance. They will work alongside our highly experienced event managers and highly trained staff to ensure your day runs smoothly, taking all the pressure off you and creating your perfect day. • Organized transfer from Nikola Tesla Airport to the CROWN PLAZA Hotel

• Hotel check-in until 6 PM

• 8 PM – Registration at the front desk and gathering in the grand ballroom

• 8 PM–1 AM – Wedding ceremony, dinner, and party

October  25, 2025 – DAY II

• 11 AM – Belgrade city tour by bus (optional – advance registration required)

• 1 PM – Belgrade river cruise and cocktail (optional – advance registration required)

• 8 PM–1 AM – Dinner party

October 26, 2025 – DAY III

• 12 PM – Check-out and departure

The CROWN PLAZA Hotel, where you will be accommodated, is located in New Belgrade, in the central business district, and is ideally connected to the Nikola Tesla International Airport.
Transportation from the airport to the hotel is organized upon your registration with arrival details.
